July 19-26, 2026 - AirVenture 2026

I haven't been to Oshkosh in three years and felt the need.  Last time I stayed in an AirBnB with friends but this time I wanted to camp by my plane.  I was also looking forward to displaying the coveted "This Homebuilt Has Flown Over 2,000 Hour" sleeve on my prop.

I knew the Fisk Arrival Sunday afternoon would be bad but I like to be at the show when it opens, so I went for it.  Wildfire smoke made the Fisk Arrival even more crazy but I did make it in to Wittman Field after my second try.
