From the rear. 

The next step is to mount the stack components to the final.  I had virtually no experience in this area, and didn't see anything in Vans instructions, so I'm doing it the same way Dan Checkoway did.  First I cut some .63 x 3/4 x 3/4 angles to size.  Then I marked six equally spaced holes on one side that will be drilled to #40. 

 

I also marked a .25 x 1/2 x 1/2 angle for cutting according to the Mapbox drawings.
