May 8, 2008 - More Floor/Side Baffles
 Now I'm trimming the side baffles. 
    
Before second round of bending: left side.  Writing on Blue tape tells me how much to bend.
 
Need to trim another 1/8" off the side baffle forward edge.  Supposed to be even with the cowl inlet. 
    
Before second round of bending: right side.
    
 After bending.  Fit between side and floor came out nice.  But as noted before there is a gap between the floor and the cowl inlet.
    

After bending: right side.  No gap between floor and cowl inlet, but the fit between side and floor could be better.

Still, I'm slowly but surely making progress.
