Stella Maris was really nice. The resort is on sort of a hill so every room has an ocean view. This is the view from our room. | ||||||

Our timing was impeccable. Since it was Friday, they had Rum punch happy hour from 7 to 8. Rum punch on the house along with tasty conch fitter appetizers. | ||||||
And live entertainment. Check out one of the musicians. His instrument is a saw. He scrapped the saw teeth with a screw driver to make a distinctive sound. | ||||||

Dinner followed happy hour. The main courses, Mahi mahi and steak, were cooked outside on this fireplace grill. But there was a wide variety of food available and it was delicious. Jack was giving the cook some tips. | ||||||
I talked with a couple from England and another couple from Crownsville. Crownsville is about five miles away from where I live. Small world. | ||||||
