February 12, 2005 - Right Wing

One of the wing jig 4x4s had warped on me so I took it down and bought a new, straight 4x4.  Then I realized I had to redo all my aluminum angle brackets.  This took a couple of hours but I had little choice.  Still, it went fairly quickly than what I remember from the initial wing jig build.
This is a shot of the left wing spar.  I finally got around to torqueing down the bolts that go through the wing spar into nutplates on the fuel tank Z-brackets.  I used blue torque-sealer I had bought from Avery Tools.
