March 2014 - Glue Outer Web to Spar Ladder

It's time to glue the outer web to the ladders.

The first thing to do is trace the ladder onto both the inner and outer webs.
   
You can see the tracing on the inside of the web.  This is how you know where to spread the glue.  And not spread it.  I traced the inner web too, because once the outer web is glued on it will be impossible to trace the inner web.
   
I spread the T-88 epoxy on both the ladder and the outer web.  Very time consuming.  It took about two hours to do one ladder/web combo.
   
Then place the ladder on to the outer web and clamp.  Let dry 24 hours.  One down, 11 to go.
