Immaculate B-25. The Americans sure did build good bombers in WWII. The B-25 fought throughout the entire war.
Russian Yak fighter. Must be camouflaged for winter.
Spitfire. Got to see this one fly in the airshow.
Two Marine F-18s broke right over the crowd. I could practically
see the smile on the pilot's face. I thought it was funny to see a
pickup pulling a military jet.
The airshow began with skydivers and the big American flag while the Marine aviator observes.
The U.S. Navy has retired their F-14 Tomcats. The Florida Air Museum at Lakeland has one for static display.
Looks ready for flight to me.
A couple of F-16s flew in.
Navy T-28 primary trainer. I like the dark blue paint job and considered it strongly for my RV-7.
Nice paintjob!
Worthy of a second shot.
The Navy's Goshawk jet trainer.
Corsair. It flew with an F-18 in a heritage flight but I missed it.
A-10 Warthog. I've always thought it would be a blast to fly one
of them.
I'd hate to be on the receiving end of this.
P-40 Warhawk. Wasn't the best fighter but it sure did look good.
L-39 jet painted like a Blue Angel. I wonder if the owner flew as a Blue Angel.
Big Catalina flying boat.
