Final drilling the stiffener holes. Notice the plywood board. You drill through the stiffener and skin into the board. Then cleco. The cleco will fasten to the board.
A rare action shot of deburring. The rudder skin is very
thin, so only one turn on the deburring tool. Deburr every hole, all 150+
of them, on each side, one each skin. Share the joy.
