January 29, 2008 - Baffle Kit
I opened up the Baffle Kit box that came with the Finish Kit to see if there was anything I could do prior to hanging the engine. I figured I could at least do some edge-smoothing. I have the latest version of the Baffle Kit which I have heard is much superior to what was provided before. What superior means to me is less time building!
The instructions are combined with the drawings and look pretty good.
The first page involved fashioning
parts out of angle stock. Not much more than cut and
prep. Easy, mindless work. A lot of it is pre-cut and all of
it is pre-drilled.
