| Now for the two main longerons. You know, the ones that run from the tail to the firewall, with a hole every inch? I wasn't quite sure how I was going to support the longerons for countersinking, but it turned out to be a non-issue. I just put one end in the bench vise and the rest of the longeron was supported by the couch! This view is looking to the left of the workbench. | ||||||

I started from the tail end. Six holes down, a bzillion to go.
I countersunk one entire longeron on a Sunday and the other on Monday
night.
