May 5, 2006 - Forward Cover

I secured the Center Cabin Cover with duct tape, then drilled holes in the bottom skin angles at four spots per the drawings.  I also match-drilled two holes in the Firewall Recess, using the Center Cabin Cover as a template.
I drilled 1/2" holes in the F-982 Access Plate per the drawings.
At this point, the instructions simply stop.  But there are still the things to do with the forward cover.  The drawings tell the tail.  First I fabricated the F-782D angles.  The left one is done;  the right one is still stock.
Then I trial-fitted the F-704 forward panels.  I had to widen the bottom notches where the bottom skin reinforcing angles are.
