September 27, 2006 - Upper Forware Fuselage

As soon as I looked at the drawings for this panel stiffener, I knew it was going to be tedious.  Not hard, just tedious.  First I drilled holes, then cut the notches with the band saw where I could, and the modeler's saw where I couldn't.  The two long length-wise cuts were done with the Dremel tool. 
Then all the notches requiring filing and sanding of course.  This is only one of four reinforcing angles.  (The other three aren't as long and are thinner material).
