July 25, 2005 - Fuselage F-705 Bulkhead
Once I finished cutting the top assembly angles, I had to put a little taper in them with the vixen file. 
A better shot of bending the top assembly plates. 
After fashioning the top assembly components, it was time to drill them.  The long angle is pre-drilled using the plan measurements.  This is unusual in this building project.  I can see why, drilling the holes manually are never perfectly aligned like the pre-drilled holes are. 
 
I used blue masking tape to hold all the pieces in place so I could drill them.
