October 27, 2004 - Foliage Flight

Today was a great aviation day. Took a friend from work flying in the Citabria. The foliage was right at peak, the afternoon sun was out, and the winds were light. We flew over the Eastern Shore at 500 feet. The view was simply stunning. Just absolutely beautiful. The plane flew great, the temperature was just right. Wow. We saw three groups of deer. My passenger really enjoyed the flight.
