March 24, 2006 - Seat Backs |
||||||
I had previously cut the seat back alumimum angles to length. But I still had to trim the ends according to the drawings. The top angle needed radiusing as well. The side angles needed a "notch" filed out of their bottom ends. | ||||||
You can't really see it but the bottom hinge fits into the notch between
the seat back and the side angle.
|
||||||
There was no easy way to make the "notch". Or if there is, I don't
know about it. I just put the angle in the clamp and filed it with
the vixen file. It probably took about 500 or so passes with the
file per side F-22Mar06.htmlangle.
There are four side angles.
