Drilling the left hand seatbelt anchor brackets.  I have an AN-4 bolt through both brackets to keep them aligned.  I put a spacer between the brackets, then clamped them together.  Now I'm able to match-drill the left hand bracket, using the bottom assembly as a template.
Drilling complete.  The brackets are bolted to the bottom assembly temporarily.  I don't like the way the bracket bottoms overhang the bottom of the assembly.  I will trim them with the dremel tool later.  I have to trim the side of a couple of brackets to allow for some rivets.
Fashioning two angle pieces for the F-705 top assembly.  This was a real time killer.  The thick aluminum makes for slow going with the hacksaw.  Every hundred saws I wish I had bought a bandsaw!
Fashioning some angle reinforcers for the top assembly.  Thin aluminum, no problem.
Angle reinforcers, spacers and plates for the top assembly.  All must be cut, deburred, drilled, the plates must be bent, yada, yada, yada.
The plate requires a bend down the center line.  I don't have a brake so I just used the hand-seamer as shown here.  It worked nicely.
