I made the decision to go with the five-point seat belt. I bought a pair of five-point Hooker Harnesses and the crotch strap install kit from Vans.
The instructions say to cut out a hole for the strap but the seat floors came with the holes already cut and drilled. Sweet!

I started with the right side, rear bracket. I clamped it to the seat rib as best I could and match-drilled the seat ribs, using the bracket as a template, with the angle drill bit. It wasn't particularly easy but it was doable.
