February 4, 2008 - More Baffles

 I match drilled the spacer to the aft baffle, using the aft baffle as a template.

I marked where the aft baffle needs cutting.  It makes sense;  without a hole, how is the cooling air supposed to get to the oil cooler?
    
I edge-smoothed, deburred and scotch-brited all of the #4 cylinder baffle components.  After I cut out the rectangular hole in the aft baffle, they are ready for priming.  I havn't decided yet if I'll rivet them together before the engine install or not.
    
 I gathered the components for the #3 cylinder baffle section and clecoed them together.
