October 26, 2006 - Fall Flight

It was a beautiful fall day on this Thursday.  I decided to take off a little early at work and head over to the Eastern Shore to check out the foliage.  I took our friend's son Matt up with me.   Here, we're stopped at Clearview Airport to fill up with Avgas, which I'm using now until I can find a gas station that sells alcohol-free fuel.
The foliage was disappointing.  But we did see quite a few deer.  There's one in the middle of the picture.
There a herd of them!
This twin rows of trees were cool.  They don't lead to anything though.
A private strip just across the river from Chestertown.
It was a nice flight.  Matt really enjoyed flying the Citabria and told me he's ready to go again anytime I need company.
