February 8, 2007 - Rudder Stops

Lynnette bought me a #35 drill bit at the local hardware store and I used it to drill out the holes on the roll bar.  Then I countersunk them to 6-32.
I had already countersunk all the aft canopy holes; the next step was to drill them to #19. 
I saw no reason I couldn't make the final trim on the trailing edge so I taped it up.
And then trimmed it with the die grinder.  I'm hoping this is the last time I have to cut with the die grinder.  It's really a messy job. The plastic "snow" gets all over the place and sticks to everything.  After cutting, there was the usual edge smoothing to do.
