| After many iterations of fitting the canopy, removing the canopy, trimming the front corners, smoothing the edges, then fitting the canopy again, I got it as good as I could get it. There is still a little gap between the front edge and the canopy skin -- seen below -- but I figure I can epoxy that down. | ||||||

The corners fit snugly. I ended up making a good size slot in the
canopy skin ears.
