January 30, 2005 - Right Aileron

Match drilling the nose rib to the spar. 

Match-drilling the end rib to the spar. 
Cleco the end ribs to the aileron. 
Now cleco on the leading edge and trailig edge skins. 
Match-drilling the skins. The aileron is a little different in that the bottom skin to spar holes are #30 instead of the usual #40.  That's because they get pop-riveted with LS-4s.
