| I didn't get to see it fly but the old B-52 had a big presence in Boeing Square. Smart bombs have extended the B-52's life making it very useful as a bomb truck. | ||||||

| The landing gear swivels on crosswind landings so it lands crabbed into the wind. Because the outboard wings hang so low to the ground, it can't do a forward slip crosswind landing like most planes. | ||||||

The F-35 is going vertical. I didn't know that its single engine is as powerful as the two engines on an F-18.

The Navy's P-8 Poseidon, which is replacing the old P-3 Orion. I've only heard good things about the P-8. I think the U.S. Navy came up with a winner on the P-8 program.
