A few days later, all the horizontal gussets are glued in place.

| The next step was to glue the horizontal gussets to the top and bottom edges of the spacers. The horizontal gussets had to be custom sized and cut, but it went fairly quickly thanks to the nearby bandsaw. Pairs of custom-fitted gussets can be seen on the steel angle next to the spacer they go to. | ||||||
