June 7, 2014 - Salmon Field
After the flight, we walked over to the Festival of Flight area, and had breakfast at the Airways Restaurant with Claudius and Whitey who had flown the AirCam in.

Next on the agenda was to fly to Salmon Farm, a private grass strip at the southern tip of the Eastern Shore, for a little RV-flyin. I didn't feel like dealing with the Washington D.C. airspace, so we just flew back to Essex Skypark, headed across the bay, and then down the Delmarva peninsula.

Glen named his RV-8 "Devastator", since it is painted in the colors of a pre-WWII U.S. Navy torpedo squadron TBD Devastator.
My polish job is not quite that good. I havn't polished in a few years. Clearly, it is time. But I'm having too much fun flying!
