I have a PS Engineering PM-3000 intercom. I drilled starter holes,
then used the needle file to open them to the required size.
The intercom comes with a nice cover plate.

| Next on the agenda was to drill a rectangular hole for the elevator trim indicator. The instructions said to mount it close to the panel overhang if possible so that it would be visible in bright sunlight. So I did. | ||||||
