| I didn't like the way the seatbelt anchor brackets overhung the bottom of the bulkhead so I trimed them using the dremel tool. The brackets are steel but I find cutting steel is easier than cutting aluminum with the dremel tool. I think it's because the aluminum is softer and the cutting wheel binds. | ||||||

spent way too much time on this thing. But it does look good, doesn't
it?
Notice that the top assembly is only clecoed to the sides. Final riveting comes later. I don't really know why -- I'm just following the instructions. |
