October 24, 2006 - Preheater/Canopy Latch slots

I did receive this little guy in the mail.  It's a Red Dragon MH-300 preheater.   It gets cold in the winter here in Maryland.  I figured I'm going to be buying this expensive new engine and I'm going to need to preheat it well if I'm going to fly when it's cold.  I figured I might well buy one now and use it on the Citabria.  I saw one on e-bay so I bid for it and won.  Four days later here it is. 

The heat comes from burning propane and the blower comes from a 12V battery.  I still need to buy a little stand and propane tank.  It came with a six-foot duct hose.
