February 24, 2008 - L. Wingtip Rib
Today I installed the rib into the wingtip. I had previously prepped and primed the rib.
First I marked the holes on the
wingtip -- 1 1/2" spacing -- and drilled them. Then I stuck the rib
in and match-drilled it, using the wingtip as a
template.
Then deburred, countersunk and
riveted. Came out
nice.
